Joining the league of Bridge Road hotspots, Academy Kitchen & Bar is the latest culinary venture of accomplished Chef and owner, Will Manning. Exposed brick walls, lofty ceilings and rich timbers make for a classy, yet casual venue with a soft glow of light creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. A selective wine list is served by the glass alongside local beers, unique cocktail list and aromatic coffee by specialty roaster, Seven Seeds. The locally sourced menu features old favourites with a twist. And for those who can't decide, Academy has introduced a chef's selection dinner option, where patrons are guided through four courses for $50 per person. Happy hour runs from 4pm - 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Academy Kitchen and & Bar is open from 12pm to late Tuesday to Friday and 9am to 11pm Saturday and Sunday.
